We are looking for a motivated individual to provide support to our user-base and help them get the most out of our software. We are after an up-and-coming tech star who can come in and hit the ground running. We understand that you are excited to put your hard years of learning to practical use and we are looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.
This role requires the ability to understand, interpret, and troubleshoot client issues and to communicate in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for someone who has a positive, pro-active attitude, and who is excited about being part of a fast-paced, growing, hard-working, vibrant, friendly, and collaborative team.
It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Helpdesk Support Analyst or an Application Support Analyst who would like to put their own stamp on their day-to-day role.
Candidate must have:
- At least 3 years of IT Support/helpdesk experience
- SQL Experience
- IT Qualification
You should also be personable, as you will be working closely with clients on a daily basis.
