As the world continues to change rapidly, IT projects within firms will be a high priority throughout 2021.

In fact, following the COVID-19 outbreak, in June 2020, PracticeEvolve ran an Australia-wide survey to explore predictions for the industry for 2021. Respondents reported that the impact of COVID-19 will see firms innovative and adopt new forms of technology (71%), remote working will play a much larger role in the legal profession (76%), more firms will expand the use of existing technology to improve legal work processes (50%). Firms will become leaner, more agile, and adaptable (55%) and virtual offices will become more common (47%). There will be a greater focus on retaining and strengthening client relationships (45%). Crisis management and risk mitigation strategies will become part of law firm planning (34%).

As the champion and leading advocate for the mid-tier legal market, PracticeEvolve are hosting a virtual roundtable on Tuesday, 23 March 2021, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (AEDT).

The roundtable brings together a panel of specialist Legal IT Consultants to provide an honest assessment of the market and offer their own advice and expertise in terms of selecting Legal IT and implementing projects to ensure a strong ROI.
