  • June’s INTEL webinar will feature Graeme Hills on how to streamline your business with automation and data insights.

Exciting updates are coming to Eve – your AI finance assistant

We’re improving Eve to make your experience faster, smarter, and more intuitive. As your AI-powered finance assistant, Eve is getting an upgrade—here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming soon:

Easier Access

Eve will soon be just a click away, accessible from the global search bar on your Home screen. Whether you’re searching the directory, looking up matters or invoices, or just have a question, you can ask Eve directly and get quick, insightful answers without switching screens.

 Smarter Conversations

Eve is learning to talk back—naturally. With a more conversational design, Eve now understands follow-up questions, provides clearer answers, and keeps the tone friendly and helpful. It’s like chatting with a knowledgeable colleague who knows your systems inside out.

 Built-in Transparency

Eve will soon be available to all EvolveGo users, enabling fee earners to interact with the system in new ways, but always respecting access controls. Eve only surfaces data that users are already authorised to see, ensuring secure and transparent assistance across the board.

Fee Earners will be able to utilise  Eve  to access and analyse their own fee performance data. Where they act as a Person Responsible, Matter Fee Earner or Supervisor, they’ll also have access to all fee performance data across the matters they manage or supervise. This level of access matches the visibility of fee data they already have from within their matters.

Similarly, Team Lead users will be able to access fee performance data relating to all members of their team, regardless of which matter has been worked on.
