Unlocking the Power of ForEach Tagging in EvolvePlus

Last month, we shared our top five underrated features in EvolvePlus, one of them being Tagging, a powerful tool that allows you to automate and streamline document creation. This month, we’re taking a closer look at one specific function within Tagging that’s especially useful when working with multiple parties in a matter: the ForEach tag.

Tagging – ForEach

If you need to pull multiple entries into a document such as several executors on a Probate matter the ForEach tag allows you to do this efficiently using a single tag.

Once you open your list of Tags, simply select the ForEach option. Then, search for the relevant tag (e.g. executor name) and drag it into your precedent. This tag will now display the names of all individuals added to the matter with the role of Executor.

Need more detail? Additional tags like addresses or contact information can be added via drag and drop just make sure you de-select the ForEach option before adding these supplementary tags.
