As we step into 2025, we're excited to share some insights into what you can expect in early 2025 to enhance your experience with EvolveGo. From simplifying bank reconciliations with Open Banking to improving usability across the platform, and introducing powerful tools to boost your cash flow, here's a preview of what's coming your way! 

Bank Reconciliation & Open Banking
In the early part of 2025, our new and improved Bank Reconciliation feature will be in Beta release with our early adopters. Marking a significant departure from existing functionality, the enhancements will significantly transform the reconciliation process, not least with the introduction of Open Banking to EvolveGo. Our Open Banking integration will allow our users to access their bank statement transactions in real time, directly from EvolveGo, allowing simultaneous posting and matching, making light work of the reconciliation process.   

The enhancements to Bank Reconciliation don't stop there; a new consolidated statement vs cashbook screen, intuitive suggested matches tool and the ability to recognise and match future items are all features we're very excited to bring to you. 

Usability 

We're constantly looking at ways to improve the user experience in EvolveGo and to that end we're making some noticeable changes to existing features. Client and Matter cards have been revamped with the introduction of drillable financial tiles, a new quick action menu system and improved visibility of key matter information such as fee and disbursement estimates. To further improve usability system wide, early in 2025 we will replace our existing Filter controls with a more intuitive approach, promoting accessibility to filters whilst presenting less intrusively when reviewing reports and data screens.  

Cash is king 

We recognise that cashflow is paramount to our clients, so 2025 will also see EvolveGo introduce functionality targeted specifically at improving cashflow. Integrated Online Payments and dedicated Debtor Management functionality will help you get paid quicker, and where you don't, assist with the timely and efficient collection of those debts.
