This important update introduces a range of enhancements designed to streamline workflows, improve navigation, and deliver a smoother user experience across key features.

1. Refreshed Bundling Screens for Improved Usability
   The document bundling feature has been redesigned with usability in mind. The ‘Build Bundle’ screen has been moved into a wizard-style pop-up window, creating a more intuitive and efficient experience when creating bundles. These improvements aim to make bundle assembly faster and more accessible for users. 
2. Custom Table of Contents Now Supports Tags Outside the Table of Content
   As part of the document bundling enhancements, custom Table of Contents (TOC) templates now support the use of tags outside of the TOC section itself. This allows for the creation of more sophisticated bundles that deliver complex formatting requirements, where cover pages and headers can be incorporated into the TOC. 
3. Enhanced Workflow Search Functionality
   Starting a workflow manually just became easier. The manual workflow screen now includes an enhanced search feature, allowing users to search workflows by title or content. This is especially useful when workflows are stored across multiple folders, making it faster than ever to locate and launch the right one. 
4. Centralised Division Management
   Managing divisions is now more efficient with a centralised screen for adding and managing division records. Admin users can now create divisions from a single location within Accounts, simplifying what was previously a two-step process. As part of this change, the Divisions table in ‘Open Firm’ is no longer used for adding new divisions. 
5. Updated “Move Matter” Feature with Client Search
   The “Move Matter” functionality has been enhanced to use a client search tool instead of the previous A-Z list. This change supports quicker navigation and is in line with the re-referencing capabilities introduced in Release 5.10, offering more flexibility when managing matters across clients.
