What you’ll do

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to our clients (lawyers, legal secretaries, and accountants/bookkeepers) via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software issues, especially within accounting functions, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers on escalations to improve integrations and client experience.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of support interactions.
• Stay up to date with our products and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.

What we’re looking for

• A natural communicator who loves solving problems.
• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience (qualification a plus).
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, client-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience in the legal industry or with legal software is an advantage.
