Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to provide legal accounting phone support to our clients throughout Ireland/UK. This role requires the ability to understand, interpret and trouble-shoot clients’ accounting issues and to communicate a resolution with them in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Using ticketing system to track issues and communicate with clients
  • Supporting clients over email and telephone
  • Advising clients on how to make better use of the software
  • Working with the development team to improve the software
  • Software testing
  • Documentation – FAQs, usability documents

Key Skills:

  • 3 years’ experience in (legal) bookkeeping
  • Relevant accounting qualifications
  • Superb communication skills/Pleasant phone manner
  • Experience with other legal practice management software
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a Helpdesk or support role favourable
  • Experience with SQL
  • Familiarity with bug tracking software (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
  • Basic programming skills (Experience working with XML)
