Practice Evolve provides Practice Management software to the Legal industry throughout Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Support/Trainer to add to our expanding team in the UK.

The role:

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to to join our Professional Service team. This role requires the ability to understand, interpret and trouble-shoot client accounting issues and to communicate in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for someone who has a positive, pro-active attitude, and who is excited about being part of a growing, hard-working, vibrant, friendly, collaborative team. This is a full-time position and will involve 60-70% Travel.

Day-to-day duties:

  • On-site training with onboarding clients
  • Creating and updating our technical guides and documentation
  • Hosting webinars and online training sessions
  • Testing new features

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in accounting and legal software
  • Experience in training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to travel
  • General interest in technology is a benefit
